By accessing or using Reconsail AI's website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice via email.

Reconsail AI provides e-commerce accounting and financial services including monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, financial reporting, tax preparation assistance, fractional CFO advisory, sales tax compliance, payroll processing, and AI-powered financial analysis.

You grant Reconsail AI limited access to your financial accounts and platform integrations solely to deliver the Services. All client financial data is treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties. You retain full ownership of all your financial data.

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first of each month. If payment is not received within 10 days, we reserve the right to suspend access. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing changes require 30 days' written notice.

All content, software, tools, and materials comprising the Reconsail AI platform are the exclusive property of Fintechy LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your own business purposes only.

Our Services are provided "as is." Fintechy LLC is not a registered CPA firm in all jurisdictions and does not provide legal or investment advice. Consult a licensed CPA or attorney for matters requiring professional certification.

Fintechy LLC's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Fintechy LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Fintechy LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the State of Delaware. Disputes not resolved in 30 days shall be settled through binding arbitration in Delaware.
