Account & Contact: Name, email, phone, business name, tax IDs, billing information. Financial & Business Data: Bank/transaction data (read-only), sales platform data (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe), accounting software data, payroll data. Usage & Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited, error logs, cookie data.

We use your information to deliver and improve our services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and send relevant service communications. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. Ever.

We share information only with: trusted service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, when required by law or court order, in connection with a business transfer (with notice), or with your explicit consent.

We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2-aligned controls, role-based access, and regular security audits. Multi-factor authentication is required for all internal systems.
